What a game

Yesterday I was called to fill in for someone who was sick. As it was I ended up working on of the best games I have seen all year. The Calgary Oval X-Treme came to town to take on the host Edmonton Chimos in a NWHL (National Womens Hockey League) matchup. This is some of the finest hockey outside of the NHL.

Calgarys Oval has no less than five gold medal Olympians, and nine ladies from Canada's national team. And little old me drove the Zamboni for them.

They also complimented me on my ice.

It's good, fast-paced hockey.

I've taken my daughter to some Beatrice Aeros games in Brampton (same league) & was really impressed with the hockey played.

that was some good hockey....hopefully the game will be here in atlanta next year with no strike
