what is wrong with his voice?

Accidentally cut one of the vocal chords during surgery a few years back. Big oops. In the last interview I heard with him, he was speaking in a harsh whisper and going through therapy to find a way to get the most out of it.

He can still talk he just can't yell. He has had surgeries to help him talk better and he also has a some voice implants. He'll also have a headset and mic. on so that will help him.
