I think we need a big pass rusher...BUT.....I think we can wait a year. I think we can go without in hopes Dennehy will devlope this year. If not we draft/sign next season. But this year I draft for the future.

Draft:

1. QB - Phillip Rivers

2. DE - Marquise Hill LSU, Antwan Odom Alabama, Darrion Scott Ohio State (depending on combine)

3. DT - Chad Lavalais

Draft OL/WR depth


with Rivers abilities, a year learning....I think he could develope into a very productive QB. I like TH a lot, and depending on WM productivity I say we try and nail TH down to a long term deal this season and trade WM for a DP next season.

I know how bad some of you like both or one or the other but lets face it after awhile its gonne be a flutie/johnson scenario again. imagine building this offseason and going in next year with 2 1st rounders or even 2 seconds.

Anyway just a thought.

yeah that is quite a stretch. I pray for it but i think your right, he will be gone in the 2nd. Especially when he puts on a clinic at the combine.

Teague either needs to be a backup or let go either way. I don't see him being effective at any position on the line.

i'd rather see us sign D. Woody, seeing as how he's a probowl center.

no point to drafting Hill, Odem, or Scott as none of them would contribute any more than Kelsay did last year.

And Lavalais won't be there in the 2nd round for us, let alone 3rd.

I knew Lavalais was a stretch. I liked woody but my two concerns were his health and his price tag.

The DE pick was more so for Depth but I had them as 3rd, 4th and 5th on my list so it was more so who was around. If we didnt go DE this pick id take Lavalais.
