Edgerrin James was fined $500 and his driver's license was suspended for a month for speeding in his hometown.

James was caught driving at 111 mph in a 60 mph zone May 8 in Immokalee, about 125 miles southeast of Tampa.

At least he didn't pull out the race card like another famous back just did.

Hey wagoncircler, not that I'm 1 of them but you do know that your name is offensive to people of a certain ethnicity. Also is it a reference to Berman.

Lastly, I have never driven as fast as Ricky or Edge but if I had their money and their cars I would be getting close to those speeds if not faster than them. Doesn't everyone speed? It's just a matter of degrees. Is someone who goes 110 or 125 on back roads more dangerous than someone who goes 80 or 90 on a busy highway? I don't think so.

I'm sorry, but there is no excuse for anyone to be going 111 mph. 110 or 125 on back roads? are you tripping? that better be in km/h, because anyone going that fast in mph on any road deserves to have their license taken away.

If he wants to go that fast, he can take his big bucks and enroll in Skip Barber's racing school, eh?

I only mentioned it because I was at a meeting and someone used the term "Circle the Wagons" and another person became enraged at that statement. As for "shutting my yap" who the hell are you to tell me that. I know life is boring in North Bay but don't take it out on me. Maybe you should go out and have a few brown pops with Mikey.

You know maybe you would think twice about speeding if something bad happened. I am not wishing that upon you or anyone, but speeding is really dangerous. I suggest you recosider before you do it again, could you live with yourself if something bad happened to someone else? I know I couldn't.
