If winfield doesn't resign with the BILLS

Now that the Redskins have told Champ Bailey to go work out a trade and if we don't re-sign Winfield we should go after this guy and try to make a trade. I want Winfield back and I think he will be back in a BILLS uniform he likes it here. :pow: :pow:

I'd rather have Bailey. Winfield is ok but he doesn't sniff Bailey's jockstrap.

maybe he does sniff his jockstrap, that could be why he can't get int's.

Champ Bailey's contract demands are going to be a lot higher and he'd also cost at least 1 first round draft choice. I'd much rather just re-sign Winfield. He already knows the system and was one of our best players last year helping us to our #2 ranking. If we're going to try and make any upgrades for the defense I'd rather see them at FS and DE.

If we lose Winfield, look for the Bills to either sign Ahmed Plummer or pick up a salary cap casualty.

Bailey's great but is going to cost so much the team that trades for him will have to make sacrifices elsewhere. It's all about choices and I think the price is too high.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

Hey listen - OK Winfield does not get INT's - BUT there are two reasons for that - one is teams don't throw to his side often becasue he is such a great defender - that is to say he stops the receiver from making catches! Yeah , yeah I know - the other reason is he has hands of stone - but that does not prevent him from his PRIMARY duty of stopping receivers from making catches. I wish he had more INT's just like everyone else does - but I like the security of a great defender stopping great receivers. We need to keep him in a Bills uniform.

if we draft michael clayton, he can start at FS and get playing time at WR. (nick saban and the beginning of the year said he could be an all american safety but liked playing WR more)

Umm no thanks I think Michael Clayton wants to be a WR and he is entering the draft as one.

                        We don't need a FS.

What about signing someone like Deion Grant to be our FS ... I think he's an UFA.
