I have a feeling the Leafs wouldn't give up Mogilny so easily...

They'd be stupid to trade him to another team in their division anyway. Then again, that hasn't stopped teams in the past, the Patsies gave us Bledsoe....not that it has hurt them any.

Yeah, but Varada and Ray together aren't worth Mogilny...it's not the same. Giving them Mogilny in the first place though, yeah, that was dumb.

Do you guys even follow hockey ?

Mogilny hasn't been in Buffalo since '95.

Wasn't he great when you saw him in Ottawa last week ? He must have scored, what...2-3 goals ?

:idunno: I didn't watch hockey in 95, sorry. I was stuck in the middle of The Land of No Hockey.

Hey D, do the Leafs want any part of Buffalo in the first round? The Sabs really seem to have their number!

You guys might get in, then get annaihalated by Philly. The Sabres wouldn't be able to win a 7-game playoff series against anyone...you don't have the horses right now.

The Leafs will stay a couple of points off Philly so they can draw the Isles or Montreal in the first round.

Philly could be in trouble, with the injuries they've had lately. Unfortunately, they do finally have decent goaltending though.

I think the Sabres could beat the Leafs, Sens or Carolina. We always play all 3 very tough. Boston and Philly would kill us and NJ would beat us good.

Just the way I see it. At the rate their going I could see Buffalo grab the 7th spot and get Toronto in the first round.

There's about 25 games to go, so who knows...

BTW, the Leafs would take care of the Isles or Montreal. But for some reason they struggle in Buffalo.

If we play Philly in the play-offs we have a chance. They seem to have trouble with us, even though they're a strong team this year. And if we can keep this momentum up... I know how Philly is playing because my boyfriend is a huge fan so I have to watch their games. They are struggling, esp compared to how they played at the beginning of the year. Also, they have injuries up the butt right now!
