I know statistics never tell the whole story. However, for about five years I have been saying that all the Buffalo Sabres need to do is score three goals a game and they will win the division. This year?? The Sabres are 23-2-1 when scoring three or more goals. I’ll say it again; goaltending is not the problem on this team.
Radio callers just don't stop. The Sabres are now four points out of a playoff spot with a game in hand. All of a sudden Lindy Ruff can coach?? Make up your mind.
My new favorite Sabre? Joachin Hecht.
Kudos to the Buffalo Sabres and their Kid’s Day promotion on President’s Day. Nobody can complain when the Sabres cut prices for kids to $8 and have an autograph session afterwards. If they had two of those a year a new generation of Sabres fans would be born.
