When Mort says it, it's usually a done deal, Clayton's predictions you can take with a grain of salt.
I don't believe were getting Henson

That's fine. 26-27 only means more maturity (hopefully) plus it's young enough to still get a good 5-7 years as our starter. Obviously this is all determined on whether or not he has "it". Keep your fingers crossed. I understand most of the arguments against getting him but the one I don't get is "We don't want a baseball player". How stupid is that? Obviously he's not a baseball player, that's why he flunked that test. I personally don't care if baseball's his 1st love, there are a lot of guys who play well and football's not their first love. Eric Moulds makes no secret about the fact that basketball's his first love, neither does T.O. They both seem to do okay.

In this situation what matters more if the Texans will take the deal or if Drew Henson will take the deal. I think the Texans are just happy they are turning a 6th round pick into a higher pick but Henson's agent could squeeze the team he is traded to for a lot of money.

The cloud hanging over this deal has never been about the draft choice which isn't a huge deal for a player with Henson's potential. The cloud consists of the NFL restrictions which will make it nearly impossible to do a deal with Henson that gives him the kind of money he wants while protecting the Bills from the possibility Henson will be a bust, and doing it in a way that does not blow u p Houston's 2004 cap numbers.I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.

I can't see TD dealing for Henson until there is a contract in place that TD agrees to."All hockey players are bilingual. They know English and profanity." ~ Gordie Howe
