INDIANAPOLIS - The Buffalo Bills are believed to be the front-runners to acquire quarterback Drew Henson from the Houston Texans.
Bills President and General Manager Tom Donahoe said Sunday that both sides met over the weekend at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Donahoe made it clear that a trade is not imminent, but a deal is a definite possibility.
"It's an option. We're exploring it," Donahoe said Sunday. "Whether it goes beyond that, it's probably still too early to say. But we want to look at all of our options, whether they are free agency, the draft or someone like Drew Henson. We've said we'd like to bring a young quarterback in and this guy could potentially be that."
