For the second time in three years, a guy named Mike Williams will impact the Buffalo Bills' draft.
First there was Mike Williams, the hulking University of Texas offensive tackle who went to the Bills with the fourth overall selection in 2002.
Now comes Mike Williams, the spectacular All-American wide receiver from co-national champion Southern California.
Taking advantage of the Maurice Clarett federal court decision that cleared the way for true sophomores to enter the draft, Williams the receiver decided to forgo his final two years of college eligibility to see how he measures up against the pros....
