Bills losing interest in making trade for Henson

Drew Henson might be too much of a gamble, and his potential contract too complicated to negotiate for the Buffalo Bills to remain seriously interested.

Bills president Tom Donahoe said on Monday that he's suspended plans to invite the former Michigan quarterback for a private workout, a sign the team is cooling in its desire to land Henson in a trade before next month's NFL draft.


"We still have interest in Drew Henson, but we still have not been shown a way to do a contract that would make us comfortable," Donahoe said. "And until we can be shown that, it really doesn't serve any purpose to bring him in [for a workout]."...

the only advantage to getting henson is that we dont have to use that pick on a qb in the draft..

if the bills go oline in FA.. i still think rivers could be the guy..

I still say, since he was drafted in the sixth round, that's the pick we should have to trade to get him. Otherwise, let's just forget about him. Let Casserly deal with it.
