    Bills expecting Winfield to say bye-bye

    The Buffalo Bills would like to re-sign unrestricted free-agent cornerback Antoine Winfield but aren’t expecting that they will get the chance.

    NFL free agency starts Wednesday, and Winfield is the team’s top name hitting the open market.

    “We don’t anticipate that Antoine will be back,” president and general manager Tom Donahoe said Monday.     ...
