Bills expecting Winfield to say bye-bye

The Buffalo Bills would like to re-sign unrestricted free-agent cornerback Antoine Winfield but aren’t expecting that they will get the chance.

NFL free agency starts Wednesday, and Winfield is the team’s top name hitting the open market.
