This is a surprise. Montreal isn't a team you usually see picking up a larger name player. Of course, Kovalev hasn't really been the same since Pittsburgh, but still.

Kovalev's a rent-a player- FA after the season I beleive. I'm glad Buffalo didn't get involved with that one.

I didnt mean the Kovalev trade. I'm talking about all the other players that have been had for next to nothing. I bet he still doesnt want to break up the team chemistry ....lol
