Thanks, Phil, but could you explain it in layman's terms? If Brian Leetch doesn't perform well, they can give him back? I still don't get it.:dizzy:

For example, if Brian Leetch performs poorly, the team that gave him up may get only a 6th round pick. If he performs well, they get maybe a 3rd round or 4th round pick. And the pick they get will come from the team they traded him to.

The better the player does the higher the draft pick that the team that traded him gets.:up:

Wow Francis is a leaf & the Avalanche traded for Salo, Barnaby, & Gratton. This is fun to watch I dont remember this many trades in one season during the last week before the trade deadline..
