There has been one consistent occurrence with the Buffalo Bills this season, they play at their opponents' level. Whether it's the best team in the league (Oakland Raiders) last week, or the newest expansion team (Houston Texans), It doesn't matter. However, the Bills did not need overtime to come up with the win in Houston. Instead, they only made you think overtime was looming. Must be a new wrinkle installed in the playbook the team has been working on.
Bledsoe and the Bills came stumbling out of the blocks. Could it be due to the fact that Drew had his buddies in the secondary of the Texans? Marcus Coleman and Aaron Glenn both used to play for the New York Jets, and now play for the Texans via the expansion draft. The two teamed up to give Drew headaches twice a year when Bledsoe was the starter in New England. I'm sure they did have Drew second guessing, but the veteran quarterback kept his head, playing a fine game. Not the kind of numbers he has been putting up this season, that's ok. What matters is they did not intercept him, and were not able to get in his head causing Drew to make mistakes.

Eric Moulds, the league's leading receiver, wasn't able to get his hands on the ball during the first half. Perhaps that might have something to do with the team scoring only 10 points in the first two quarters. But you can't keep a good man down. Moulds didn't pick up 100 yards on the day, but he did the one thing that does matter, he found the end zone for the touchdown.
