    Marcus Robinson

I see a lot of chatter about him on stadiumwall.com. Something reported on WNSA that the Bills are interested.

    Anyone hear anything?

Don't want him for sure. We need a speed receiver not a possesion receiver.

What happened to his speed? He used to be pretty fast.

I wanted him last year before he signed with Baltimore. Not now.

Robinson had one good season with the Bears when Jim "Steriod" Miller was throwing the deep ball every other play. Do we really need another 3rd WR, that will give us one top WR (Moulds) and 4 or 5 3rd or 4th Wideouts (Reed, Aiken, Shaw, then Robinson).

I have to wonder why it took so long for him to get into the NFL. It seemed like he was in NFL Europe forever before the Bears gave him a shot...and he wound up starting.

The guy overcame a knee injury and was forced into the Ravens starting lineup in November. Finished with 32 catches and 6 TD's. 6-3 and has his speed back.

He would be a bargain and a smart signing.

Robinson was dynamite down the stretch and began to display some of his old form. I'm all for signing M-Rob provided the price is right. That would be a SUPER signing for donahoe. He was Moss lite with the bears 5 years ago

He shouldn't be that expensive. I'm all for it.

he is every bit as fast as moulds.. and can jump.. you dont have to have blazing speed to get deep.. that is such a bad misconception.

agreed.. he would be a great signing.. and he is without a doubt a deep threat. he has his health back.. and would not be expensive.

I disagree on his speed. Also I realize you don't need speed to be a WR in the NFL but we need speed at the WR position IMO.

Has he been timed lately? I know he had pretty good speed a few years ago.

I don't think so I just figure with his injuries and he isn't getting any younger that he isn't as fast anymore. I am sure if he visits any teams they'll want to find that out and id he runs a 4.5 or so then I say bring im in.
