year 2 of RJ. TD kept saying how he supported RJ and that he wants him to go into next year as the starter yadda yadda. then he proposed an ultimatum to RJ, a massive pay cut. He declined. He's gone, and we go get ourselves a new QB. I wouldn't be suprised if a scenario similar to this happens this year if he finds the guy for the job.
