Interesting I put him right on the same level with Manning. If he was available to take at 13 I would definitely think about it but it also depends on who else was available.

Rivers is better than Roethelisberger.... Dont kill me, but Rivers played amazing in a MAJOR CONFERENCE, not some MAC conference bull*****. I know the MAC is coming along but it is no where nere the talent level of the big boys.

Plus Rivers played for 4 years (Im not sure bout Roethelisberger) and did anyone see that Tangerine Bowl? WOW Rivers lit it up in that game, he was threw like 80% or some immortal number like that. I mean Kansas had a bad defense, but 80%?

Simply amazing, Rivers is better than Roethelisberger.. you heard it here 1st

Rivers and "Big Ben" are going to be very good QB's.

That wouldnt bother me but if gamble is still in the draft when we go into it i would rather go with him. Thats assuming that we cant get a CB in the FA.

I would take rivers over the two. He may have a messed up throw, but hell so does Brett Farve!

I saw Ben play against my Hawkeyes last year and get his #$* handed to him. He looked really bad.

Your not goign to base his play to one game are you? Hell all players have a bad game once in a while.

Nah, DB never has a bad game . . . Personally, I'll be , um, unhappy if we take a CB over either Rivers or Big Ben. Now if Sean Taylor at S inexplicably falls to us, that's another matter.

im not even thinking about big ben, because he wont last til 13. hell, rivers might not even be there. pitt might take him at 11 depending on how things go. but if rivers is there, you've GOTTA take him!

I'd prefer to have a player that will play this year.

Rivers will be a better pick than Roethlisberger.
