    Tim Couch as backup?

What do you think he would cost to sign as a backup possible competitor to Bledsoe? Looks like Cleveland is going to cut him if Jeff Garcia accepts thier offer.

I'd do it in a second. He was a first overall. Never got a decent shot in C-town! Hell it was an expansion team.

Well the Browns are trying to redo his contract right now and he isn't cooperating so would say he will command quite a bit of cash especially as a backup.

If he signs for under 2 million- sure. I'd say he's a better prospect than Henson or Volek

What he commands and what someone is willing to pay him are two differant things.
Who else out there needs a starting QB? He is not going to get 4-5 mill as a backup anywhere.

True but he doesn't have to accept it I mean he can sit out a year or so he made enough money beign the first pick in the draft a while ago.

If he sat out a year that would make it less likely for him getting a big contract next year. He'll sign somewhere. We should at least take a look and see what it would cost us.

He has the same idiot agent, Tom Congdon, as Drew Henson. I think TD won't look Couch's way with that idiot as his agent.

I really wasn't impressed with what I saw of him at the scrimmage.
