The Bills and Vincent's agent have been talking. They talked late last night. Vincent's agent describes the Bills interest as "very sincere." Vincent is in KC today. So far both the Bengals and Bills have recieved contract perameters from Vincent's agent. Obviously TD is still working on this. TV is just taking his time.

He better chose Buffalo, otherwise he will be a prime target of mine to boo next year.
