arent we only 4 points out of the 8th spot with 14-15 games to go?

I am gunna change my answer from a little while ago and go back to what I was saying earlier the year, they'll make it into the playoffs and get eliminated in the 2nd round.

I don't think the trades will put us in the playoffs, I think NYI will fail on their road trip and will put us in the playoffs.

It's too tough to call. The trades addressed some of our needs (the blueline), but I still don't know. We're going to need some help from the Isles....losing.....to get us in.

The question should have been: Do the trades improve our chances of making the playoffs? I say yes. Will they? Who knows.....they still have a chance and I will root for them

Our chances of making the playoffs doubled after the trades - not the greatest odds to begin with- but they improved.

I will root for them too...I just don't think they will make the playoffs.

the trades imrpove the sabres team.....5 points isnt a big gap to make up in the standings......i think they will make the playoffs....the lies and sabres have tough schedules to close it out...... the sabres play boston tor and mtl twice than the southleast divison basically and the blue jackets..... i think they can overcome nyi
