According to the Cincinnati Enquirer:
"ON THE RADAR: The Bengals have expressed interest in former Bills guard Ruben Brown, a salary cap casualty."

Same article discusses a trade of Corey Dillon to the Raiders (which they say will happen in the next couple days), which they claim will clear space for signing Troy Vincent. There is no new information about Vincent, but it confirms that he is Cincy's top priority.
