BEREA - Tim Couch's future is in the hands of his agent.
The Browns gave Tom Condon permission to work out a trade for his client, a source close to the situation said.
The team put one limit on the deal: Condon cannot work out a trade with an AFC North team, which rules out rumored destinations Pittsburgh and Baltimore
