Since the reports this morning about TV thinking of signing with the Bills, KC has been putting the petal to the metal to get another contract out to TV......stay tuned!

From ESPN but note that the contract is not yet signed....it is only agreed to in principle.......

Former Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Troy Vincent, one of the few impact players remaining on the unrestricted free-agent market, has agreed in principle to terms with the Buffalo Bills, ESPN.com has learned.

Weren't the stations reporting Winfield had signed with NY Jets too? I'm not saying that TV isn't coming to Buffalo, but the contract has not been signed yet.
