If the eagles are cutting a WR, he must REALLY suck...

The eagles had a trio of the worst WR's in the league.

Did you see them drop all of those passes in the playoffs?

he was terrible. just plain terrible. I wouldn't even want him for our 5th or 6th receiver.

He wasnt that bad just not a number one, put him in as 2 or 3 he will get you numbers they wont be you know peerless price numbers couple years back but they will be good numbers. also can do kick returns. if we could get him cheap id take him.

As a deep threat he's not bad. He's fast but drops a lot of passes. It'll be just like having Peerless back! Seriously, I don't think he'd be a bad pickup but he's not that big and he does have the dropsies. He may be able to stretch the field though.

he would be a good complimentary deep threat.

in that case, why don't we call up james jett and get him back in here. (if you want a cheap fast guy who can't catch)

Didn't we attempt to bring him in at one point? Besides, I never said I wanted Thrash! I was just trying to weigh it out. I think he'd be better than most in certain capacities. Maybe as a 3rd or 4th option.

he is better than james jett ever was.. he was good enough to bet the number one receiver on a team that got to the nfc championship game for the last 3 years..

he is not great.. but if he was a number 3/4.. he would be way above what most have in that spot.

He was a complete bust in Washington. He's too small to be the number one WR. As a 3rd or 4th with the extra DB playing off, he may be okay.

He is an option if released but I think we should pick up Alex Bannister from Seattle good special teamer plus offers up some size.

complete bust in washington?? are you kidding me? he was a young up and coming player in washington that played very well in his final year there.. he started 9 games and had 50 catches for 650 yards.. then left via free agency and has been the eagle's number one ever since..

no one is claiming that he is a good number one.. but he is fast.. and he can get deep.. he would be a good guy to have to mix it up with shaw and aikens.

Could definiely be an option if the money is right.

But i doubt he'll want to come to Buffalo, knowing he'll go from number 1 to a longshot at #3. (Assuming Moulds, Reed, shaw or a round 1 or 2 WR beats him out.) He also would cost a lot of money for a #4 or #3 WR. I thought he sucked in Phily, and i watched a handful of their games.
