Volek narrows it down to Falcons and Titans..

Denver, Green Bay and Buffalo have shown interest, too, but Volek's agent, Ken Staninger, said Volek's choices have been narrowed down to the Titans and Falcons, who are believed to have offered at least $1 million more to sign than Tennessee.

I think Volek would have been a good fit - as much as I'd love to see Rivers here, it'd be nice to spend that 1st rounder elsewhere...

i think i would honestly rather keep travis brown as a 3rd than johnson.

i hear you.. there are a few other qbs that i would add to that list that i could live with.. namely smoker and clausen.. but regardless.. i think that if it is not one of the ones that you named, and drew gets hurt.. travis brown has to be our new starter..

if you would have asked me before last season, i would have agreed, and maybe looked at him like delholme or volek.. but he just looked awful last year.. just awful.
