Jaguars | Douglas Reports, Admits Future Is Unknown Bart Hubbuch, of the Florida Times-Union, reports Jacksonville Jaguars DE Hugh Douglas reported to the Jaguars' offseason conditioning program Monday, March 22, but Douglas admitted he doesn't know his future with the Jaguars. The team could release him at a low cost of $255,000 off the 2004 salary cap. "This season, I'm going to come down here prepared and just be ready to play football," Douglas said. "What happened last year is in the past. I think I'm showing my dedication by being here and being positive with everything." Douglas, who questioned the Jaguars' defensive scheme and rotation strategy in an interview with Philadelphia reporters shortly after the season, insists he no longer has a problem with the Jaguars.

like everyone else "for the right price" comes to mind... but i would also only want to sign him to a one, two year at best... i think schobel is a key re-signing next season to keep the defense in tact

unlike bert i love will smith and udeze...i mean l like them better than denney !!!!!! ....Mark it down no pass rush no playoffs..
it's that simple...The question is where will the rush come from ?

Don't tell me schobel.. his 10 sack total is misleading ..3 came against the lowsome giants....and against a rookie at that...

All i know when it was time for us to get a big rush from our ends in a key game close game (texans,colts,etc the de were no where to be seen. A consistent pass rushing end is needed in buffalo ....Let's hope the bills see the light and find one on draft day in april..

Ps. for tyhose that think kelsay is the answer ..he m,ay help but we still need depth...Denney days should be numbered.. plus there is no guarantee schobel will be back next season .. i say if we don;t sign him by draft day look for the bills to get insurance draft day 1...
