Roland. He seems to be atleast as good of a blocker as Kozlowski and has better hands. He is also younger.

Also, Roland does MUCH MUCH MUCH more to the community in Rochester then Kozlowski does. I don't think Kozlowski even does anything here. Not that this is a reason to pick a guy, it's just a reason why I would like Roland a Bill more.
