in wake of the roy williams, ben roethlesburger, and will smith work outs, how many players merit a top 15 pick, or more aptly, top 15 talent? my projection...

qb - 3 (manning ben and rivers)
rb - 2 (jackson and jones)
wr - 4 (williams trio and fitz)
te - 1 (winslow)
ol - 2 (gallery and andrews)
dl - 4 (harris, wilfork, udeze, and smith)
lb - 2 (dj and vilma)
db - 1 (taylor hall and gamble)

one of the above players will hopefully be in a bills uniform next year and in any other draft, i think its fair to say all of them would be in the elite top 10. ill be glad to have any of them.

Wilfork is just a DT. You also have him listed as a LB too. Do you mean Jonathon Vilma?

ah, KEvin Jones....Doh!

DIdn't he have a bad workout? I thought I heard he ran a slow forty or something. Either way he is a great player.

I think Ben Watson may be getting close, but probably won't be in the top 15.

Regardless of the minor errors, I agree with the MyPoor's point. We should be able get someone with solid ability at #13.

Even with Kevin Jones, the question is will his stock fall from his poor pro day workout?

Look at this-

On March 25, Jones worked out again. He was one pound heavier and ran his 40s in 4.55 and 4.57. He had a 37-inch vertical, a 10-5 long jump (considerably better), a 4.10 short shuttle and a 6.90 three-cone drill.
