It would depend on the $$$ - I think he is going to be expensive. Otherwise, why not. I think people might be surprised at what he has left in the tank. It was just a bad series of concussions that screwed him up. Pre-season last year he was back to form after the thumb surgery.

Way to expensive- and I don't want to give up anything for him

Rams Fan said that the rumor on the Rams board is that Bulger will get shown the door. Supposedly Martz told Warner the job was his to lose.

I would take Bulger over Kordell.

The Rams are liable for Warner's bonus, but I have no idea what his salary is. If it's much over a million he's not worth it. He has to prove he's got his game back before I'd want to pay him. Buffalo could wait until he's cut, and then offer Warner a backup salary.

If he's fully recovered and his asking price isn't bombastic, then I'd love to have him here.

Then again, he won't play for any team unless he knows he's got a chance to start. He's not gonna play pine warmer anymore.

I don't want Kordell and I don't want Warner. We already have a struggling veteran who has past his prime- we don't need another. I wasn't a big fan of Volek, but I would have preferred him to any of these old guys.

On the other hand, we're kind of stuck. We definitely need a #2 and there isn't much out there. If we're stuck taking Kordell, Warner, or someone similar, I just hope TD doesn't shell out too many $$.

absolutely not. warner has stated that he is a starter and does not want to sit the bench. unless we release Drew... but i actually like Drew more than Warner

Warner is done in my opinion. Him leaving St. Louie is not good for his career, and i can't see him succeeded w/ any other team, but i could be wrong.
