During Buffalo Bills minicamp this week, strong safety Lawyer Milloy said he intends to be more assertive in the locker room in his second season.
In other words, he will have a larger leadership role.

You can never have enough leaders. They are a team's competitive conscience, players who set the right tone by their actions on and off the field and maintain good chemistry.

Bills President and General Manager Tom Donahoe has done a great job of adding more of those people since his arrival. Quarterback Drew Bledsoe and middle linebacker London Fletcher came aboard in 2002. Outside linebacker Takeo Spikes, defensive tackle Sam Adams and Milloy followed last year. Cornerback Troy Vincent was signed earlier this month....

Good article. Atleast there are positives coming out of the mini camps instead of questions or "how will this hole be filled" from players leaving via FA.

I agree with T.Vincent being a better model CB than AW for Clements to learn from. TV has the years, the pro-bowls, and the character that Clements would be very wise to emulate. I'd like to see Nate have a great career with the Bills.
