Now this is just something I heard really fast on Empire Sports Friday. They were talking about Stewart already being a Buffalo Bills. Has anyone else heard the same or different?

I think you guys are forgetting how bad Kordell Stewart really is. I'd take Travis Brown over him and draft anybody. Stewart is only good for trick plays and sadly with the new coach, trick plays is something we'll have to get used to.

Stewart has not signed with the Bills. He did visit on Wednesday, however.

Let him visit. Let him keep coming back for more visits. Just don't sign him and I'll stay happy

Wasn't Kordell the first name of the character played by Chuck Norris on the series "Walker, Texas Ranger?" Maybe we could bring him in. He'd kick some Dolphin butt! LOL

With zero appreciation of the irony of his words, QB Kordell Stewart says that reuniting with Bills coach Mike Mularkey "is a no-brainer situation

got this from pft.com

I'm sure some of you would rather have Joe Montana as a backup. I'd love to see him come here as long as he signs the vet min. It's not like he'd be starting, besides he knows the offense and has the experience. I would rather have KS than TB as my backup any day of the week.

If and when we grab the QB of our future in the draft, TB should be domoted to waterboy.

It sounds like he will be on our team next year, and I think that sucks, unless we can play him as a wr

Ditto!!!!!!!! Is there anyone left with Pittsburg or are they all here now.

WE NEED A YOUNG QB THAT WILL BE THE FUTURE. No more stop gap answers to that position.

Mr. Miyagi

We'll draft a young QB of the future this year. But you don't really want to start a rookie QB in case Drew goes down, do you? Kordell IS the stop gap answer until the rookie is ready.

I say if Drew goes down put the rookie in, that's the only way to learn. Sitting the bench never taught any thing to any one.

We haven't won anything in years with the way we do things. It is time to change.

Kordell blows!! he is terrible, and I know you guys will mock me and make jokes but the think Travis Brown has a future. Maybe not as a starter, but as a solid #2

Totally agree. Rebuild the offense, don't try to reload it.

Looks like Kordell has a better winning % than Drew. Yeah, he's definately not worthy as a back up.

Talk about *****ing and moaning just for the sake of *****ing and moaning.

Please name me this long list of Pittsburgh retreads that TD has "innundated" the Bills with.

Salary cap stopgap Kris Ferris? Backup tackle from 3 seasons ago?
Richard Huntley? Camp fodder from 2 seasons ago?
Charles Johnson- our #5 WR from 2002?
Shaw? Drafted but cut by the Steelers- made his bones in Jax.

LeBeau had some Steeler (More Bengal than Steeler) ties- I think he worked out OK.
Gillbride was OC for Pittsburgh 1 season, but his tie in with Gregg Wiliams (Who hired him) was from their many seasons together on the Houston Oiler sidelines Titans.

This team has more tie-ins with the Bengals, Eagles and Broncos than the Steelers

Kordell is coming in (if he gets signed) as strictly a backup. He has playoff wins on his resume', and has started and won many games. If somethig were to knock Bledsoe out I think Kordell is adequate to take obver short term. The Bills will get a future QB to groom a swell. Nothing wrong with experienced depth. They are not looking at him as a Bledsoe replacement- they look at him as an AVP replacement- something that was 2 years overdue.

Obviously you have no eye for NFL talent if you honestly think Travis Brown has any chance as a solid anything in the NFL....other than a solid dissapointment.

Kordell on the other hand has proven he can play in the NFL.
He may be second tier quality but is much more valuable than
TB.
This particular year I think he would be good for the team.

Sign him to a 1 year deal, with an option for the second year and
see if Bledsoe has anything left in the tank...

AND CUT TRAVIS BROWN TODAY!
