Oliver Gibson is coming to the Bills cheap.

2004 base salary $660,000
2005 base salary $765,000

technically, the vets minimum for somebody of his veteran status. I am sure he got a small signing bonus ($25K per year). His 2004 number is probably about the same as McKenzie.
