agreed, even if it is only three spots ahead, its a matter of what players are available at that spot and might not be at 13

According to the "Trade Value Chart", in use in the NFL today :
#13 (1150) + 109 (78) = 1228
#10 = 1300.
So, that would be about the right price to pay. Of course, there is always some people who are gonna overpay... but we all know how TD works...!

some GM sat down and made a value chart for what every pick is worth. it is used today frequently to determine how many picks and where are equal to whatever picks. you can see it at http://www.nfldraftblitz.com/pick_value_chart.htm
