Cleveland to choose a QB at the No. 7 overall?

Apparently, Cleveland is also reportedly interested in taking a QB in the first round of this year's draft. The Browns have the No. 7 overall pick.

garcia will be there starter for 1-2 years tops.. it is not a bad idea for them... they can get a good OLman in the 2nd.
