i think i just realized how deep this draft really is at WR...i was going to say i was surprised jamaar taylor didnt make it from texas a&m, but he might not be top 20. the more i think about it the more i dont think we need a reciever at within the first 20 picks of the first round (unless its roy williams)

I think alot of GM's have Mike Williams #2, and Roy Williams #3.

If Mike Williams would have ran a 4.4 then I would agree. I'm not saying Mike Williams is bad by any means though.

What have we been saying the past 3 months?

The Draft is the deepest in 25 years, but it's lacking in OL (Not a lot beyond Rd 2 or 3) and Linebacker.

DE is average, QB slightly above average (but heavy at the top) RB average, CB is stacked, DT is stacked, and this will be the deepest WR draft in history. I predict 10-15 starters and 10 very good #3 receivers. TE is also loaded.

So, with a top pick, you either trade down and load up on areas deep in the draft, or you grab one of the elite guys in a shallow position early and get a decent WR, TE, CB later.

That's why I think that if a QB, DE, or Shaun Andrews is available, ge thtem first, get a good WR later
