What the Bills are Doing Now

    Willis McGaheeJosh Reed

Since the end of veteran mini-camp the Bills have been working out at One Bills Drive four days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. under the guidance of the new strength and conditioning coach, Brad Roll and assistant John Allaire.

"The main emphasis of the strength part of the program is on Olympic Style Lifting," Roll said. "The focus of this style of lifting is on flexion to extension movement done at a high rate of speed that revolve around the explosive parts of the body. "

    Here's the lifting break down.

Absolute Strength Multi-joint Movements includes bench, inclines and back squats for bulk strength. Also single assistive free motion movements are done to strengthen joint areas to prevent injury and maintain pliability in tendons and ligaments.

It would be cool to hang with these guys for one day in the weight room...

I bet that would be one hell of an experience!

Josh Reed looks to be carrying more body fat than WM.

He has on a loose T-shirt notice you don't see skin under where the shirt extends.

Back, Shoulders and Mid-section all look Proportioned... His weight and muscular bulk appears to be in his lowerbody.. Yet look at how trim his calf muscles look, alot of quick-twitch muscle development.

:Sarcasm: Spaz, He looks good and without any Knee support

Reed needs Bulk to break tackles soo he's fine picking up Muscle mass benefits him, he's not a speed guy... My point is if WM has gained 20 lbs it must all be in his Thighs and Buttocks
