Since the end of veteran mini-camp the Bills have been working out at One Bills Drive four days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. under the guidance of the new strength and conditioning coach, Brad Roll and assistant John Allaire.
"The main emphasis of the strength part of the program is on Olympic Style Lifting," Roll said. "The focus of this style of lifting is on flexion to extension movement done at a high rate of speed that revolve around the explosive parts of the body. "
Here's the lifting break down.
Absolute Strength Multi-joint Movements includes bench, inclines and back squats for bulk strength. Also single assistive free motion movements are done to strengthen joint areas to prevent injury and maintain pliability in tendons and ligaments.
