What makes Roy better then Reggie?

Almost everyone here thinks Roy is the better reciever then Reggie is...... I compared the stats and Reggie has more receptions, 1 less TD(8), and more yards then Roy(1,179).

Reggie and Roy both went up against solid Corners at least once.

Roy went up against Derrick Strait and had a pretty good day with 7 rec and 89 yards. Reggie faced up against Chris Gamble of Ohio St and had 10 rec for 109 yards.

O yea.... Im sure of you know Marcus Trufant(Seattle Seahawks). Two years ago when he played against the all american he had an amazing day with 12 rec 189 yards and 1 TD.

Why is Roy considered better then Reggie?
You're right, I am a coward! I haven't any courage at all. I even scare myself.

Actually Reggie Williams went up against at least three top corners in this years draft:

      1. Matt Ware, UCLA - 10 catches - 105 yards
      2. Will Poole, USC - 9 catches - 109 yards - TD
      3. Chris Gamble, OSU - 10 catches - 107 yards

        Speed.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

Its not that hes bad, Roy just appears to be the better athlete and if im not mistaken a bit faster.

Its the same sort of argument that can be made between Ben and Rivers.

Rivers has far better numbers, and (again if im not mistaken) Ben didnt play a lot of big name schools in his league.

Rivers is the most accurate of the three and the most ready to start of the three, but Ben is ranked higher because he has a stronger arm and is more mobile (that term being used loosley).

Roy Williams WR Williams (6-2½, 211) ran the 40 twice. Everyone had him under 4.4 on his second run, some as low as 4.37. He didn't run quite that fast the first time. He also had a 39½-inch vertical, an 11-foot long jump, a 3.97 short shuttle and a 6.75 three-cone drill. Willams is scheduled to visit the Texans in the near future.

Reggie Williams WR Williams (6-4 1/8, 225) ran the 40 five times (4.48, 4.49, 4.56, 4.58, and 4.64). He also clocked in at 1.60 seconds in the 10-yard dash. He did a 36-inch vertical jump, a 9-foot-11 long jump, and recorded a 4.34 in the short shuttle and a 7.01 in the cone drill. This player is a lot like Jerry Rice in that his time is not as impressive as his build-up speed.

They are both studs, and very much worth a Top 15 Draft Pick. I would be elated with either one.
