I can't see us passing up Mike Williams for Will Smith.

Whys that?

Will Smith had a great pro day and will help create a much needed pass rush to create turnovers.

both the coaches and i both agree that there is still a considerible amount of hope that denney and or kelsay will mature and step it up

I just don't like Will Smith,I don't think he has the ability to get off the block to get to the QB.He isn't known as a pass rusher,he plays like a LB.Good in run support, not as a rusher.
Living in Ohio and my wifes family is big OSU fans(I'm Notre Dame) I've seen almost all the games. Not at #13.

I agree, I like Udeze better but.... DE is just what I think we should go.

Smith had 19 sacks on the season so he must have some pass rushing skills.

Smith had 10.5 sacks on the season. Udeze had 16.5 this year.

They're not going DE in the 1st. I can see them going DT before DE. The Will Smith pick ain't gonna happen!

The more I think about it, I just really don't think we will use pick #1 to take a DE. TD has his sights set on either Udeze or Will Smith, and chances are both of those guys will not be @13. Even if one or both are somehow still up there, I beleive our management believes in Kelsay, and wants to develop upon what we have. I say we go WR or TE first, then maybe QB ( Losman ).

You had Sean Andrews going pretty high there. As a Dolphin fan, here is hoping he drops to about 20. Will Smith is great, he had an amazing tv show and a decent rap career.... I know there is already a Fresh Prince joke in this thread, I just couldn't pass it up...sorry.

All in all, I think you did a decent little mock there Lawrence, good job.

We still believe in Kelsay. We must give him a chance.

Our biggest needs are QB and WR. I want to get one of them in round one.

MIKE WILLIAMS!!!... should be the pick

I might believe this a little more if your GM hadn't taken Willis McGahee last year.
