13. Buffalo Bills - Philip Rivers, QB North Carolina State
Drew Bledsoe is coming off a poor season and is in the last year of his contract. Alex Van Pelt was a cap cut and the Bills couldn't land free agent Billy Volek, so there is really no one waiting in the wings to succeed Bledsoe. Rivers has an unorthodox delivery, but he's incredibly accurate. His stock has been on the rise since putting on impressive showings at the Senior Bowl and pre-draft workouts.
