I am in another mock draft and the Bills trade their #1 pick (13) to Detroit for Kalimba Edwards, their 2nd and 4th round picks.

Well, my question was going to be who the hell is Kalimba Edwards but I guess that answers MY question.
To answer YOUR question now, no very much. :)
No offense.

Woah, take it easy there folks, I wouldn't have made that trade. I am the Patriots in this one.
Here is what the draft was up until 13:
1 1 San Diego - Wide Right xvv - Eli Manning, QB, Ole Miss
2 2 Oakland - msuforever - Robert Gallery, OT, Iowa
3 3 Arizona - Carlbunga2001 - Ben Roethlisberger, QB, Miami(OH)
4 4 N.Y. Giants - msuforever - Larry Fitzgerald, WR, Pittsburgh
5 5 Washington - Gooksta - Sean Taylor, S, Miami(FL)
6 6 Detroit - MSUFanatic - Kellen Winslow Jr, TE, Miami(FL)
7 7 Cleveland - Phillyboy16 - Tommie Harris, DT, Oklahoma
8 8 Atlanta - Vawyn - Vince Wilfork, DT, Miami(FL)
9 9 Jacksonville - Edge32 - Roy Williams, WR, Texas
10 10 Houston - The Lone Star - Kenechi Udeze, DE, USC
11 11 Pittsburgh - UCLA KILL3R - DeAngelo Hall, CB, Virginia Tech
12 12 N.Y. Jets - Wide Right xvv - Dunta Robinson, CB, South Carolina
Here is the reason he gave:
"--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
had i still been sitting at that spot with the bills, i would have picked will smith
or maybe rivers... probably not rivers, cause i like to look for the short term, rivers will not help us win now
a healthy kalimba edwards from detroit will really help the pass rush; opposite of schobel on passing downs, the defense could be real real good
the reason i traded, is i dont want to spend another top pick on a de... the bills have spent the last 2 2nd round pics on DE's
even if edwards isnt a full time replacement, his pass rushing potential is second to none
and at 13th, none of the wr's are worth it here "to me" because of the talent i can get later in the draft - that and included in the detroit/buffalo deals was az hakim; the burner we need anyhow, and he comes with nfl experience
that and considering the bills need depth more than they need a superstar, in my opinion"

No way in hell would I have taken that trade based on the fact Rivers was still on the board.

People who want t look at the draft to "'Win now" just shouldn't be allowed to draft...period.
Go play Madden instead

Yeah, that guy is insane. Passing on Rivers is one thing, but to then trade away the pick for a nobody DE out of Detroit, with a prime DE such as Will Smith still on the board, is just plain dumb.
Besides, he really didn't get a return from the Detroit GM.
A 2nd, a 4th and Kalima Edwards hardly seems like compensation. No GM in their right mind would have made that trade.

reading the explanation ... wasn't the trade: hakim, edwards, a 2nd and 4th?
Still not good enough, but a better deal than the one without Hakim - he'd probably be our 4th WR, but might help on PRs.
