For an idea of whom the Buffalo Bills might draft with the 13th overall selection, keep an eye on what happens at No. 4.
The New York Giants hold that spot, and their decision could have impact on what the Bills do with their first pick.

It's well known the Bills are looking to get a quarterback at some point in the draft. They probably would select one with the 13th pick if one of the Big Three - Eli Manning of Mississippi, Philip Rivers of North Carolina State and Ben Roethlisberger - falls to them.

Assuming the San Diego Chargers don't trade out of the No. 1 slot, they are expected to take Manning. After that, it's anyone's guess where Rivers and Roethlisberger will end up.

The Giants are considering taking a quarterback at No. 4. They reportedly have toyed with the idea of moving up to No. 1 to take Manning, but they would be just as happy with Rivers or Roethlisberger.

Giants General Manager Ernie Accorsi knows something about spotting quarterback talent. He was the Baltimore Colts' GM in 1983 when they took John Elway No. 1, over Elway's objections. The Giants have Kerry Collins, but questions about his future have been raised because he and the team haven't been able to agree to a contract extension. Collins' deal expires after the 2004 season.

I have been thinking the same thing. If the Giants somehow can get Gallery then I pray they take him cause then we would have to move up to have a shot at the QB of the future.
