My Perfect First Round

1. Trade down in the first round to acquire a #1, #2 and #4 or next year pick.

2. Take best available guy in a need position with the new #1 (dl, te, qb etc)

3. Trade both #2's for Plaxico Burress. (1 year left on contract, possible extension)

I know Plax isn't a "burner" but that doens't matter. He can use his height advantage deep, esp against smaller safties. And a healthy Moulds burns plenty thanks.

This fills two needs with a proven starter and first round talent. There's also a chance that if Pittsburgh wants a guy on a board, they'd take less than two #2's. Maybe a #2, a #3 and a third round conditional next year or something like that.

Or you can draft 2 WR's equall or better than Burris in Rd 2 and not pay the hefty salary

I wouldn't even mind if we traded down to the low 20s and picked him in the first round. 13 might be a little high for him, even though I think he's underrated
