GREEN BAY (Ticker) - The Green Bay Packers signed free agent cornerback Chris Watson on Thursday and re-signed linebacker Paris Lenon.

Terms of both deals were not disclosed.

Watson did not play last season after the Detroit Lions terminated his contract due to a back injury on September 12. He has not played an NFL game since 2002, when he was a member of the Buffalo Bills.
