As promised here is the draft guide for the Buffalo Bills in the 2004 NFL draft. The way I arrange this preview is the same as last year, by rounds, and the players included in those rounds are guys I feel the Bills will have an interest in, and who have at least a 50/50 chance to be available. There are no trades considered, and the players in each section are "rated" according to where I feel they should be in the Bills should have them valued. Players who are "worth" more in relation to the pick are rated higher, while guys who should go lower or are less valuable are listed lower. I also sum up the player with a comparison with pro player, to give you a mental image of how these guys play… in no way is this a promise to future NFL production. Since the vast majority of difference makers are available in the first two rounds I included 7 of the 15 profiles in those rounds. So without further adieu, I present my 2004 Bills pre-draft guide.MORE.... (http://www.billszone.com/YourSite/global/templates/view.php?action=YourSite_content&month=4&state=news&nid=9530)

I like Childress myself as a day 2 pick. That would be awesome

Nice. Do you do a scouting report for AFTER the draft? Maybe to show what you feel about the guys we actually get?

Last year, he did it for all 3 AFC East teams

Well, my wife once bought me one at the Boulevard Mall. They are available at one of those stands in the middle that sells just candy. Unfortunately, the one time she bought one for me it was stale and I think they cost her a buck apiece.

But, if you don't want to have to go to Zellers...

I wish they were available at the duty free, but they aren't.

Actually, Ing- Try our interactive "Draft-O-Matic" at the top of the Bills forum.

I'm going to be interested to see how our "Projected Picks" come out. I see that I've already made a couple of errors- Shawante Spencer too low....

heh... yeah a changeup... instead of buying MelK's draft preview they can take your guy's draft rankings and draft the BillsZone ratings instead.

Might turn out better for them than a decade of Kiper drafts have.

Heh, one step a head of you Dozer, I did run a mock off it. Not too bad for buffalo i thought... it turned out pretty good actually.

I'm very interested to see how the player projections go.

Next Year we are going to talk with Finhell and merge our draft research efforts. I did the Draft-o-matic as a weekend Lark, but with a lot of extra help and a combined effort, Finheaven and BillsZone are going to put together a draft section that will crush a lot of other sites out there.

Tune in next year! :tube:
