It's just after the Chargers made Manning the top pick overall after Manning threatened to sit out the season if they did.

Will Manning be glad be made his demands or will he regret it, say a year from now?

I think in the end he will sign.....It will be after a long holdout but he will sign.

I'm going to guess that he ends up regreting it but it's because he does well in San Diego.

I guess I have a lot of confidence in A.J. Smith ultimately doing well as GM. He's learned under some very good GMs, much of what to do and some of what not to do. He should know how to build a good team by now.

I'd be happy with that if I was S.D. If they pick well with both first rounders next year they probably got the better of the trade.
