Speeds in the 40...

I think they need to add a new type of 40 test...

Line the guy up and after he takes the first step throw a tackling dummy at him...

How many WR get to release off the line untouched? I'd rather see what these guys do to get back on their route and how getting hit effects their speed. If the WR can't release he isn't worth squat.

i guess thats why they keep track of your 10 yd dash too, because its not so much overall speed, its how fast you can get moving fast. but what id like to see is to have them run in football pants and shoulder pads; look at a guy like kevin jones who is known for his game speed, but only runs in the 4.6's
