That's a very interesting question. If so it allows Dallas to take a freebie on someone they want.
I doubt they will but I don't even know if they can have two supplemental 1st round picks.

BUt I dont want the Cowboys to get him either. I just hope they dont even hold a suplementlal draft. If wonder if Mike Williams was in the draft if he or Reggie Willaims would have been picked by Buffalo or if they would have still drafted Evans.
